Pickup & meeting point

Room Number & Details: Please send your hotel room number via WhatsApp after booking so our driver can easily locate you. Pickup Location: Wait in your hotel lobby or at the main security gate a few minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup Timing: Hotel pickup takes approximately 1 to 2 hours before the 2:00 PM tour start time, depending on your hotel's location. Transfer Coverage: Round-trip hotel transfers are fully included for hotels in Hurghada (note: transfers from Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, Safaga, and El Gouna are not included).
